Floor 3 / 3ts, area 29 sq.m., with repair, furniture and appliances.HistoryOn the site of the modern building № 35 in the 16th century there were two tenement houses, one- and two-window, from which the cross system of masonry in the basements and rooms of the first floor has been preserved. One of these houses was probably the so-called "Norberg House", designed and described in the early 17th century by Dominican monk Martin Gruneweg. In the 17th century, two old townhouses were redesigned and merged into one two-story four-window Renaissance house, built of finger bricks. As a result of redevelopment of the interior of the house, wide halls, a spacious room, utility rooms appeared. A hypocaust chamber was placed in the basement under the living room.In the 18th century, the house belonged to Dominican nuns (Tertians) who had lived here since at least 1709. Probably, later in the same century, the house was owned by the Rabychkovych family, from which the townhouse Rabychkovychiv received its unofficial name. In 1741, another reconstruction of the building was carried out: the third floor was completed, the foundation was strengthened, and the facade at the level of the first floor was covered with stone blocks. At the same time, escarpments appeared on the side of Lesia Ukrainka Street and a plaque above the portal, and the hypocaust was replaced by stove heating. The interior planning remained virtually unchanged, only the stairwell was rebuilt, another entrance was arranged on the rear façade, and an arched gate was walled up at the main entrance, leaving a rectangular doorway.In the XIX century the owner of the house became the Dominican Order (Conventus Leopoliensis Ordinis Praedicatorum).Since the summer of 1996, the house has housed the Dzyga Cultural and Art Center, a partially residential building.
