Description
VIP 4-room apartment for sale. apartments Lviv, str. S. Bandery (Berle Finkler's house). 3/5th floor, area 117 sq.m. Accommodation on the entire floor in the famous building of Berl Finkler, the outstanding architect Ferdinand Kassler, sculptures on the building of Sigmund Kurchynskyi, an architectural monument of historical significance, cultural heritage of Ukraine Stepan Bandera street. In the 18th century, the suburban territory along the current Stepan Bandera Street belonged to Polish aristocrats Czartoryski, and at the beginning of the 19th century, their property was divided into several parts, one of which went to the Polish princes Sapegs. The road on the site of the current street is indicated in the city plan in 1750, the border between Halytskyi and Kraków suburbs of Lviv passed along it. "Finkler House", known for its bright architectural solution. The house was built in 1912 according to the project of the famous architect Ferdinand Kassler, the sculptures on the house were made by the famous sculptor Sigmund Kurchynskyi. The apartment has two balconies and a loggia. Also, due to the fact that this apartment occupies the entire floor and has large windows, the sun's rays completely pass through the entire apartment, so it is extremely bright. The building itself is like a ship crashing into the intersection of two roads, Bandera and Karpinsky, and is one of the best buildings in the city - an architectural pearl of the beginning of the 20th century, which has been perfectly preserved to this day. The apartment is in its original condition, no reconstruction took place after construction. In each room there are amazing old stoves-fireplaces, different in shape and color in each. At the end of the 18th - the first half of the 19th century, the architectural style of classicism prevailed in residential and civil construction in Lviv. During the reign of the Austrian Empire, Lviv was full of cultural life. Rich people invited great architects to build their houses (one of them is the Finkler house), and also brought craftsmen to lay stoves and fireplaces in these houses from Austrian tiles. Therefore, all the stoves in the rooms were of different shapes and colors. It was really incredible art.
